Conference schedule:

The conference will begin on Wednesday, March 15, 2017 at 10:00 am and will end on Friday, March 17, 2017 at 3:30 pm.

Conference venue:

The conference venue is Lilliad (https://lilliad.univ-lille.fr), the learning center of the Lille University of Science and Technology. 

Abstract submission:

The deadline for abstract submission is February 21, 2017.

Please provide your abstract as a pdf file as automatic conversion is not functional.

Registration:

The deadline for registration is February 28, 2017. The registration to the symposium is free of charge and includes the lunches during the symposium.

Travel information:

Public transportation:

Metro and buses are run by Transpole (www.transpole.fr). Downtown Lille to "Cité scientifique, Professeur Gabillard" metro station on university campus is only a 20 min journey using metro Line 1 (yellow).

Reaching Lille by air: 

• Lille-Lesquin International Airport (www.lille.aeroport.fr) is 15 minutes from the City Centre and the conference venue.
• Lille is also connected to main European airports, including Roissy Charles de Gaulle International Airport, which can be reached directly in 50 min from Lilledowntown using high-speed trains as well as Brussels South Charleroi and Brussels National Airport.

Reaching Lille by train:

Lille has two train stations, Lille-Flandres and Lille-Europe. They are 400 metres apart and situated in the city centre. 

Lille is 30 min by high-speed trainsfrom Brussels, 1h from Paris and 1h30 from London.

Reaching Lille by road:

Lille Metropole is at the crossroads of France's densest freeway network. Lille is 1h by E429/E17 freeway from Bruxelles (E49/E17), 2h by EA1/E42 freeway from Paris, 3h by E17 freeway from Amsterdam, 5h45 by E42 freeway from Frankfurt.

Banquet:

All the participants are invited to participate to the conference dinner that will be at the restaurant "Terrasse des Remparts" (http://www.lilleremparts.fr, 92, rue de Gand, 59800 Lille) on Wednesday, March 15 at 7:15 pm. The conference organizers will guide you from the conference venue to the restaurant on Wednesday evening.
